Disabled the possibility to start the synchronization, if no folders are selected;

Sync2 has encountered a temporary issue connecting to Google Calendar (due to changes in Google API). We have already started solving the issue, but it will take us a couple of days to regain Google Calendar Synchronization functionality back. The new version of Sync2 will be available shortly.

OST now supports Outlook 2013 compressed OST files. The support of OST files, that were created using Exchange ActiveSync compatible services (such as Outlook.com) on Outlook 2013, has been improved as well.

We addressed some major crash issues when synchronizing IMAP accounts on Outlook 2013. The new version also includes more seamless backup functionality integration and additional filters.

Google Calendar Sync app will no longer sync events between Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar. This will affect only Google Calendar Sync app users.
If you are using Sync2, this Google Calendar Sync app closure will not affect you at all. Sync2 will continue to work as usual.

When the "Security Pack" functionality is enabled, in Management Panel - Update Options dialog for the folder ability to disable password encoding for separate folder is now disabled when encoding is enabled by default for all folders

Outlook 2000 would crash during start in some cases when the application is installed

The "Mark as read" option did not work in Outlook 2010

In some cases, the information text for the last received update for each folder shown in the menu on the update notification icon in the notification area would show incorrect time

"Remove reminders" from the right-click folder menu offered to remove reminders in the currently active folder in Outlook 2007, not in the selected one

This upgrade is a very important maintenance release. Many issues were addressed and fixed, including elimination of duplicate management forms and integration of automatic duplicate management system as in ShareO, SSL support in Google services, ability to reset and clear synchronization filters in profiles, etc.
Functional Updates:

New duplicates prevention system. Now you do not have to manually choose what to do when duplicates are found. The software will do it for you. Using the improved algorithm of duplicates detection and auto-merging rules, most of your duplicate items will be detected during the initial synchronization and appropriately handled without any additional questions. Items that cannot be merged automatically, are placed into a special "Conflicts" folder for you to review and decide later what to do with them. Original items are backed up after merging in case you don not like the merge results and want to restore your original item.

Support of SSL with Google Calendar and Contacts added. Now synchronization applies the SSL protocol to communicate with Google services.

Ability to clear or reset synchronization filters for all synchronized folders added. Now you can clear synchronization filters or reset them to default values for all folders that are synchronized in the profile, such options are now available from the "Actions" menu for a selected synchronization profile.

Ability to set up synchronization filters by category on Outlook 2007 added.

Synchronization filter by label is not shown in filter settings dialog for Outlook 2007 now, as labels are not supported.

Minor menu updates. Several updates were applied to the main dialog menu for more convenient and logical access of its features.

The "Options" dialog has been removed from the application.

Issues Fixed:

Memory leak would appear on some systems during synchronization of the network profile

Google events with empty titles were not synchronized with the Outlook folder

Appointments in Outlook would appear with incorrect end time (with several minutes difference), when a non-default "pop-up" reminder is set in a Google event

Event notes were not synchronized with Outlook appointments in some cases

Sometimes, the range of recurrence setting of events would change in an Outlook appointment during synchronization with Google Calendar

All events would be deleted from Google Calendar when Outlook folder assigned for synchronization with this Google Calendar was deleted

In some scenarios the last occurrence of the recurrent event synchronized from Outlook to Google Calendar were not seen in Google Calendar

Contact pictures added on iPhone and synchronized with Outlook contacts using iTunes would not appear in Google Contacts

Sometimes, several instances of Outlook contact folder would appear in Google Contacts profile, as a result causing other synchronization issues

Several instances of the same calendar could be added in Google Calendar profile resulting in the "Failed" status on one of the calendars

First synchronization attempt of any profile would always fail after the computer goes back from the "sleep" or "hibernate" mode

When folders from different root Personal Folders with identical names were synchronized, they would be synchronized with incorrect Personal Folders on other computers

Outlook folder would remain unchecked in the profile settings dialog after assigning Google Calendar folder to it

The Profile could not be created in some cases if specific characters were used in the profile name

The Application would crash in various scenarios if the profile name with numbers only or with specific characters was created and used

The Application would crash on creation of a new 4Team Sharing Service profile if there is not enough free space available

It was impossible to create a 4Team Sharing Service account when e-mail contained specific characters

The Application would crash when trying to close the custom FTP settings dialog with the "Close" icon

It was possible to connect the same computer to the same Custom FTP profile multiple times

In some scenarios it was possible to connect a new computer to the FTP profile, that was already marked for deletion from another computer

It was possible to create several network synchronization profiles with the identical names on the same computer

It was possible to create a new USB or network synchronization profile without selecting any Outlook folders for synchronization

The Application would crash on exit when the new profile creation wizard or Settings dialog is open

After profile deletion, the application would still try starting it is synchronization according to schedule that was configured there

In some cases, a previously removed Outlook folder from 4Team FTP Sharing Service profile could not be re-added

If a profile folder was completely deleted on location, the synchronization attempt of such profile would result in constant "Synchronizing" status until the application is restarted

The "Settings" dialog cannot be accessed when the current profile synchronization is in progress

The Application would not show any interface when trying to open it using shortcuts if during the Windows startup it fails to load for some reason.

Versions 1.30/1.21:
Changes:

Support of password-protected PST files added. Now Sync2PST prompts for a password to PST file before starting synchronization. The password can be saved by application and used automatically during synchronization.

Ability to enable/disable the start of the application when logging on to Windows added. The checkbox is now available on the "Options" tab in "Settings"

Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 Beta support. The product was fully tested on Windows 7 and updated to support the Outlook 2010 Beta.

The tooltip text in the "Status" area on the main form now displays details of the error occurred if the recent synchronization has failed

In some cases, synchronization would not start according to schedule

Time values in auto-synchronization schedule settings were saved incorrectly in some cases

24-hour format support is added in synchronization schedule settings

The application would not start, an error would appear on the screen informing that MSVBVM60.DLL was not found

If a Personal Folders root folder is checked for synchronization, but later unchecked with all sub-folders, some of the folders would automatically become checked again during synchronization

If for some reason the default PST could not be opened when the application started, a message would appear asking to open the found default PST again

In some cases, an error would occur informing about PST being inaccessible during the last synchronization attempt and displaying the path and name of another PST

If the scheduled synchronization failed, a message box with the error would display

When an item update was applied to the right PST, the status information would incorrectly display the text about the update in the left PST, instead of the right

The synchronization progress bar would sometimes jump randomly to 0%, 50% or 100% before applying the found changes

Seconds are not shown now in  the "Last synchronized on" text

"Last synchronized on" would show the Jan 1, 0001 date if synchronization is completed with all folders unchecked

This update addresses minor issues encountered in 3.30 release.

The Share Wizard would always ask to select an Outlook folder without suggesting the current one, if it previously ran on unsupported folders

There were no texts in German editions in the Options dialog Security tab

Update e-mails would not be processed if they were moved from the Inbox folder using Outlook rules

A distribution list could be added as a recipient to the folder sharing wizard, and as a result that folder was marked as shared (in boldface) in the Management Panel without any recipients

The application toolbar options were still available after the trial period was over

The dialog informing about an expired trial period would not close automatically and would stay on the screen after the product successful activation

When sharing a folder with sub-folders, only the main folder was shared instantly, the sub-folders were sent to other users only when updates were made in them

This release mainly addresses functional changes that make this product more convenient –a  new improved toolbar, new status icons that show current auto-reply/auto-forward status, some other minor usability issues). Several other major issues were fixed – auto-reply when calendar status is “Free”, and failure to work with latest Windows MSN/Live Messenger.
Functional Updates:

The "Auto-reply" column has been added in the "Email Responder" tab in Options. You can now quickly check and manage sending of auto-reply for each status.

The main functionality updates that are presented in this new release are the auto-processing of duplicate items, new improved performance due to new changes detection algorithm, and Outlook 2010 Beta support.
Functional Updates:

New duplicates prevention system. Now you don not have to manually choose what to do when duplicates are found. The software will do it for you. Using the improved algorithm of duplicates detection and auto-merging rules, most of your duplicate items will be detected during  the initial sharing and appropriately handled without any additional questions. Items that can not be merged automatically, are placed into a special "Conflicts" folder for you to review and decide later what to do with them. Original items are backed up after merging in case you don not like the merge results, and want to restore your original item back.

Improved performance of updates processing. The updates are now processed up to 30% faster with the new improved updates finding and processing algorithm.

Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 Beta support. The product was fully tested on Windows 7 and updated to support the Outlook 2010 Beta new features, including the new ribbon toolbar.

When entering an Outlook folder on some systems it sometimes would not show any content, but display the "Loading" status  only instead

When rejecting a sharing invitation, the invitation from the same user for the same folder would appear again for as many times as there are e-mails with updates from that user in the Inbox; now it is fixed to ignore any further updates received from this user/folder until Outlook is restarted

On some non-English Windows systems, the installation would fail with 1324 error due to the file name with non-Latin character inside the installation package

If two or more separate Outlook windows were opened, after restarting Outlook, the program menu and toolbar would be missing on other additional Outlook windows.

Contacts with "none" birthday date would sometimes be updated with 4500 year birthday date during synchronization.

In the last import/export wizard step - "Completed" - the "Help" button was active by default instead of the "Close" button.

In  the Google Calendar profile, the main calendar could be assigned to several different Outlook folders

Just go to "Options" and select the e-mail account you want to use in the "Account" section.

Japanese and Chinese languages are available only with the separate "Asian" edition installation file from ShareO Jp and Cn product websites. Standard installation package does not include these languages. Localized documentation will be available by the end of July.

This important update only fixes problems related to 4Team Sharing Service and FTP Custom profiles. So it’s not necessary to install this update if a customer doesn’t use these profile types.
Bugs Fixed:

In some cases synchronization updates would not be synchronized correctly with 4Team Sharing Service the connection timeout occurs during synchronization process

If the Internet connection lost or unavailable when Sync2 was already running, in some cases all further attempts to start synchronization of Custom FTP or 4Team Sharing Service profile would fail unless Sync2 was restarted

Changes:

Synchronization with Google Contacts is now supported. You can now synchronize your Outlook Contacts with Google Contacts. Just select the "Google Contacts" synchronization type when creating the synchronization profile, enter your Google Login information and select the folder you wish to be in sync with Google Contacts.

Synchronization would not work with some custom FTP servers that do not support MLST command

The Profile could not be created if the Windows user name contains some specific symbols (non-ASCII)

Sync2DB is a Windows application that safely links and syncs Outlook with your corporate database or any other database with minimum or no employee/customer interaction.

This update in general significantly improves the FTP synchronization functionality. A completely re-developed the folder first synchronization - one file is now used to compress and upload all data to the FTP location, which dramatically increases the speed of first synchronization for folders with large number of items. 4Team FTP Sharing Service was added for "quick start". It allows to synchronize folders via the Internet. Many issues were fixed in this update, related to duplicate management, FTP synchronization and application general stability.

4Team FTP Sharing Service added. You can now use our FTP Sharing Service without having to set up your own FTP server. Just create your FTP Sharing Service account using your e-mail address and password, and start synchronizing your Outlook folders.

Notes are now supported. When you enter any text as a note, it will be added to your Outlook Notes folder.

Other Issues

The free product version now only supports appointments, all other types of items are supported by the full version only

Full functionality can be tested during a 14-day trial period, then the product switches automatically to the “free” mode, until activated

Trial installation includes only the free version of Vista Gadget, that supports appointments only. The Full gadget is now available only after the full product version is purchased

The full product version is now without any limitations and advertisements.
